Thu, 30th Nov 2023

Groundcover, a trailblazer in the cCloud-native application performance monitoring domain, has recently announced their appointment of industry veteran, Paul Trebe, as their Vice President of Sales. Previously having served at Coralogix, New Relic, and Dynatrace, Trebe's wealth of sales expertise, strategic guidance and customer-focused approach is expected to boost groundcover's growth and client engagement.

Trebe has offered his expertise in sales and leadership for over 20 years in businesses across the SaaS industry with a focus on observability. He has held influential roles at Coralogix, as Vice President of Sales, Senior Sales Director at New Relic, and Partner Sales Director at Dynatrace. His passion for innovation underpins his vision to address unique client needs in this rapidly evolving sector. His adept understanding of the market and strategic approach have been crucial in driving revenue growth at all of his previous positions.

Acknowledging Trebe's new appointment, groundcover's CEO and Co-Founder Shahar Azulay says, "I have full confidence in Paul's ability to drive growth by introducing new customers to the disruptive nature of groundcover's eBPF observability." He further added that leveraging Trebe's expertise in their field, groundcover aims to demonstrate how they break the traditional visibility-cost tradeoff, in turn shaping the future of the observability industry.

Expressing his excitement on joining groundcover, Trebe comments, "groundcover's commitment to innovation and excellence in observability aligns seamlessly with my professional values. Drawing from my extensive experience in navigating the competitive landscape, I am eager to contribute to the continued success of groundcover. Together, we will not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients and stakeholders."

Groundcover recently reached an important business accomplishment with the launch of its observability platform for Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) environments, featuring a native integration with the Amazon EKS console. This significant advance allows organisations utilising Amazon EKS to install groundcover on their managed Kubernetes clusters instantly. Furthermore, groundcover is now included in the AWS Marketplace, which allows AWS active users worldwide to easily access and utilise groundcover directly through the marketplace.
