HCLTech, a prominent global technology firm, has earned the title of Top Employer in 26 countries, according to a new ranking. The annual evaluation, carried out by the Top Employers Institute, ranked HCLTech first in 15 countries across the Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe.
Furthermore, HCLTech received regional Top Employer certification in three key operational areas, clinching the number one spot in North America and the Asia Pacific, and coming a close second in Europe for 2024. This distinction places the tech giant among just 17 Global Top Employers lauded for their extraordinary HR policies and workplace practices throughout the globe.
