01 Feb 18

8x8 has announced that it is actively recruiting for new reseller channel partners across Australia and New Zealand.

The provider of global cloud communications and customer engagement solutions says that this is due to demand for its services and solutions across the region.

Asia Pacific vice president Brendan Maree says, “Australian and New Zealand mid-market and enterprise companies are increasingly turning to 8x8 to help them improve performance against their customer experience goals.

“For our channel partners and resellers, this is an untapped market opportunity to sell customer engagement solutions. When we demonstrate 8x8’s solutions to customers, our biggest value-add has been the ability to run their entire communications and contact centre operations from the cloud, giving them huge cost savings and operational efficiencies that legacy systems don’t offer.”

8x8 channel partners benefit from being able to sell a product provide a monthly recurring revenue and inclusion into the partner programme.

The partner programme provides resellers with the opportunity to deliver service to their customers without a being based on criteria.

A reseller partner is able to access flexible financial models and deliver services as part of an integrated managed service.

“The result is a very robust cloud communications delivery and implementation offering, which is attractive to resellers who have the opportunity to upsell new features as they are developed,” says Maree.

8x8 offers its Australian and New Zealand channel partners account management for pre-sales and post-sales engineering.

A/NZ resellers can also access free sales, pre-sales and technical certification until 31 March 2018.
