Ardoq’s partner ecosystem now drives over half of company revenue
Ardoq has reported that its global partner ecosystem now accounts for more than 50% of its revenue, reflecting a substantial expansion over the past six months.
The company has grown its network to include over 140 global and regional partners, with new collaborations being established in key markets across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. New partners include Deloitte, BIP Consulting, and Ortecha, alongside established relationships with firms such as Slalom, EY, and Celonis.
According to Ardoq, this expansion is the result of a strategic approach to partnership and investment in initiatives that focus on customer impact. The partners in the ecosystem bring various capabilities in areas including enterprise transformation, cloud modernisation, operational resilience, and enterprise architecture, with the aim of enabling organisations to manage complexity at scale.
Angela Sanfilippo, Vice President of Global Partners and Alliances at Ardoq, commented on the shift in how partnerships are driving value for the company and its clients. She said,
"We're seeing a clear shift: partners are not just opening doors, they're delivering transformation. By investing in deep enablement and shared go-to-market initiatives, we've built a foundation where partners succeed because they can demonstrate impact, fast."
This growth is not limited to the expansion of the partner network but is also reflected in the types of joint solutions and accelerators being developed. Recent contributions from partners include Slalom's Complex Solution Architecture, Deloitte's Sustainable Enterprise Architecture Toolkit and Design Principle Impact Assessment, EY's current state/future state assessment and IT roadmap, Ortecha's Data Architecture Framework, and Atea Sweden's Municipality Capability Planning Model.
Mark Holt, Leader of Enterprise Architecture and System Integration, Americas, Slalom Consulting, highlighted the value of the partnership for enabling architectural transformation, saying,
"Our partnership with Ardoq affords us a platform for codifying our transformative engagements through the lens of Enterprise Architecture concepts to drive speed, quality and cost efficiency as we deliver awesome outcomes for our clients. By building with Ardoq, we're able to accelerate delivery, embed architecture into every phase of transformation, and differentiate through scalable, insight-driven solutions."
Along with the expansion of consulting and delivery services, Ardoq has also focused on integrating with technology providers. One such example is the partnership with Lucidchart, a platform for collaborative diagramming. The integration between Ardoq and Lucidchart allows live data from Ardoq to be visualised within Lucidchart's collaborative workspace, providing real-time architectural visuals to aid the alignment of business and technology teams.
Sanfilippo addressed the significance of this integration, saying,
"This alliance brings architecture out of the silo and into strategic planning conversations. It's a great example of how we're combining data, delivery, and design to create value."
Ardoq has made further investments in its partner ecosystem in 2025 by enhancing partner incentives. This includes providing exclusive access to Ardoq trial environments for partners, which the company says accelerates project delivery and improves client outcomes. There are plans for additional tools and programmes later in the year, such as a revamped partner certification programme, a new partner onboarding process, updated go-to-market toolkits, co-branded field initiatives, and innovation workshops designed to support revenue growth for partners.
The company maintains that enterprise architecture is now regarded as a strategic capability rather than a back-office function, especially as organisations face continued change and complexity. Ardoq suggests that scaling such capability effectively is dependent on a strong and connected ecosystem of partners.
