Avidly acquires APAC leader Hype & Dexter to expand global presence
Avidly, the globally recognised 4x HubSpot Global Partner of the Year, has confirmed a deal to acquire digital transformation agency Hype & Dexter, the APAC region leader, and itself a four-time winner of the HubSpot APAC Partner of the Year accolade.
By consolidating resources, this strategic alliance considerably boosts Avidly's global presence. Trading from offices in Australia and New Zealand, Hype & Dexter is now set to join Avidly's international team of over 300 creative, martech and HubSpot professionals, specifically collaborating with the Avidly HubSpot Solutions business division.
This pivotal acquisition extends Avidly's influence into the APAC territory, following a sequence of the agency's earlier mergers and corporate acquisitions in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. Additionally, it will strengthen its already established network of studios, which includes multiple office locations, such as Finland, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden, the UK, and Canada.

By securing a total APAC region presence, Avidly moves from strength to strength in HubSpot implementation skills. Hype & Dexter delivered the largest CRM migration and HubSpot implementation project, cementing the company as an industry leader.
By pooling Hype & Dexter's experience and Avidly's current expertise, this proximity to HubSpot customers will facilitate the delivery of such large-scale projects more frequently.
