Hatt joins Board with more than 30 years experience in Finance and IT, 20 of those with IBM where he worked in regional solutions management and enterprise account management roles.

His most recent position just prior to Board was as strategic account manager where he was responsible for sales of IBM's financial performance management and analytics platforms to key customers.

Hatt previously worked for Westpac, GIO Australia, Adaytum and Cognos in a variety of finance and sales roles.

Nigel Ephraums returns to Board after a three-year hiatus as a senior solutions architect in Sydney. He is responsible for developing trusted advisor relationships with technical expertise to help customers with their digital transformation journey.

He has 20 years experience designing and implementing planning and analysis solutions for organisations and previously held consultant positions at Mecklemore, EY, Taysols, IBM and BearingPoint.

Most recently, Ephraums was a sales consultant at GK Horizons where he assisted organisations in achieving value from their Workday deployments.

Mark Hunt joins Board in Melbourne as regional sales manager with responsibility for propelling sales of Board's decision making platform in Victoria.

Hunt has more than three decades of IT industry experience working for vendors including CA, Fujitsu, Oracle, Iptor Supply Chain Systems and Siemens.

He joins Board from DSI where he was a senior account executive with responsibility for driving value through supply chain visibility and insights with existing customers and new business prospects across ANZ.

David Merchant has joined Board as business development manager in Sydney where he will be responsible for expanding market opportunities for Board's range of solutions.

Merchant has three decades experience in business development and marketing within organisations including Cognos, IBM, Tridant, SAS and SGI.

Most recently, Merchant was ANZ partner and channel sales director at Denodo.

Board country manager for ANZ Nic Dennis says, “These four industry veterans are dynamic executives who will support our ongoing expansion and provide customers with the gold standard in achieving deployment success within their budgeting, planning, and forecasting initiatives.

"We're looking forward to adding their experience and considerable market knowledge to our business in the region and working closely with customers and partners to achieve mutually successful business outcomes as the world adapts to the post-COVID-19 economic period ahead.
