Datacraft named VCE partner
Tue, 15th Dec 2009
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Datacraft has become the first Asia Pacific virtual computing environment (VCE) partner and will look to drive the adoption of data center virtualisation and private cloud infrastructures.

VCE is a coalition between Cisco, EMC and VMware.

With the introduction of Vblock Infrastructure Packages, the Virtual Computing Environment coalition will provide clients with a better approach to streamlining and optimising IT strategies around private clouds.

The VCE coalition selected Datacraft as a systems integrator, to meet the IT needs of enterprise-class clients in New Zealand.

Robin Hartendorp, Managing Director of Datacraft New Zealand, says the private cloud model will drive the future enterprise IT.

“Through the VCE coalition, Datacraft has gained pole position to enable New Zealand organisations to leverage the best technologies and integration methodologies to create flexible IT systems that align with their business needs,” he says.
