Distribution Central adds CloudMGR to cloud marketplace

22 Sep 15

Distribution Central has further bolstered its CloudSelect Marketplace, adding CloudMGR to the line-up.

CloudMGR is a platform for optimising, managing and integrating Amazon Web Services cloud resources, providing cost-savings and streamlining the management of AWS cloud for resellers and their customers.

Nick Verykios, Distribution Central managing director and chief executive, says CloudMGR addresses the challenges of delivering cloud services and enhances the distributor’s ability to enable partners to successfully and profitably deliver AWS cloud services to customers.

“We launched the DC CloudSelect Marketplace with more than 200 products and services, but we are constantly looking to enhance the portfolio with innovative and disruptive solutions, Verykios adds.

Craig Deveson, CloudMGR chief executive and founder says the company recognised the channel needed a solution that made it easier to move their customers to AWS.

“CloudMGR solves the AWS learning curve problem for partners by providing cloud resource optimisation, management, disaster recovery and more,” Deveson says.

He says the company already has a number of managed service providers using the platform worldwide and the partnership with Distribution Central will enable it to deliver the offering to more partners across the Australian and New Zealand channels.
