Distribution Central has become the first distributor of the NetApp Syncsort Integrated Backup (NSB) solution in ANZ, with the signing of an agreement with Syncsort.

The deal includes support via Distribution Central's own channel support services. NSB provides integrated backup and disaster recovery for both physical and virtualised server environments.

Nick Verykios, managing director at Distribution Central, says the solutions a complementary addition to the distributor's portfolio that will ‘enable resellers to generate additional revenue for their existing NetApp business and sell into new accounts'.

Syncsort is a 40-year-old US-based company offering data protection and integration solutions.
