For the first time ever, three IT companies have topped Hewitt’s Best Employers in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) survey.
The survey was topped for the first time by three IT companies that were named as Dimension Data Australia, Express Data and Microsoft Australia. InsuranceLine, RedBalloon and Trilby Misso Lawyers were also accredited as top employers.
“Interestingly, the technology market did not have an easy ride for 2009 with organisations and the public alike reducing their IT investments. These results attest to the approaches taken by the individual companies, rather than reflecting growth in the IT market,” reported the survey.
The data collected during the accreditation process was presented to an independent judging panel that reviewed the data and identified three organisations as Best of the Best, along with eight highly commended organisations.
