Former Trend Micro & Cisco stalwart accelerates Tenable's ANZ push

Tenable Network Security has appointed Matthew Brigham as Australia and New Zealand Regional Sales Manager based in Sydney.

The real-time vulnerability management provider says Bingham will be responsible for accelerating Tenable Network Security’s presence across Australia and New Zealand.

Bingham will also be focused on propelling business development, channel partner management and revenue growth for the Tenable platform through out the region.

“Matthew is an established leader with a track record of successfully working with customers to support their security infrastructure requirements," says Attley Ng, VP APAC, Tenable Network Security.

"His skills in developing strategies to increase sales momentum coupled with his business consulting expertise will provide the skills and experience required to capitalise on our regional momentum.

"At the same time, he has a proven track record of strategic planning and the application of strategies that will help us meet the increasing demand we are seeing throughout the Asia Pacific region."

Brigham joins Tenable Network Security with more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry and previously worked at Trend Micro in several key executive roles, including Federal Government Account Manager, as well as ISP and Hosted Service Provider Business Development Manager.

Most recently, he was Director of Trend Micro’s Enterprise Sales for the Northern Region and New Zealand.

Brigham previously worked for five years as Channel Account Manager at Cisco Systems and has also held channel and systems engineering roles at IBM Software Group and Lotus Development.
