Fusion5 global finalist for 2018 MS Dynamics Customer Service Partner of the Year
Australasian business solutions company, Fusion5, announced it has been recognised as a Finalist in the 2018 Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service Partner of the Year Award.
The company was honoured among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
This year, Microsoft acknowledged partners in 39 categories celebrating each of the solution areas, industries and many more.
The award finalists and winners were selected from more than 2,600 nominations collected from 115 different countries worldwide based on their commitment to customers, their solution's impact on the market and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies.
"It's an honour to recognise the 2018 Partner of the Year Award winners and finalists, who represent the best and most forward-thinking innovators coming out of our partner community," says Microsoft One Commercial Partner corporate vice president Gavriella Schuster.
"These companies are bringing cutting-edge solutions to complex business challenges and providing digital transformation opportunities for their customers. Congratulations to each winner and finalist.
Fusion5 was selected as a finalist based on a service desk transformation project delivered to Otago Polytechnic.
The Polytechnic's new Enterprise Service Management solution uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide a single avenue of contact for all of their customers to use, regardless of the problem, question or request.
The game-changing solution was also recognised locally when Otago Polytechnic received the award for Technology Innovation at the 2017 Microsoft Tertiary ICT Innovation Awards.
"We're delighted to be acknowledged by Microsoft at a global level," says Rebecca Tohill, Chief Executive and founder of Fusion5.
"When a customer trusts us with their business, we are tasked with not only ensuring they gain maximum benefit from their Microsoft solution but building an enduring partnership based on expertise, innovation and vision – and an ability to deliver.
We'd like to congratulate all Partner Finalists and Winners across the Award categories, we know that it's well-earned recognition.
Microsoft New Zealand Commercial and Partner Business director Philip Goldie says, "In the two and a half years they've been part of the Microsoft partner network, we've seen Fusion5 adding accolade to accolade as they demonstrate they are a force to be reckoned with. We're proud to see them having a presence on the global stage."
