Fifth Quadrant and Great Outcomes have announced a new business partnership has been agreed between the two companies.
Operating as an Australian Service Strategy and Analyst organisation, Fifth Quadrant will join forces with the Kiwi contact centre consultancy in a deal both hope will provide expertise in service strategy.
With both companies holding certification from the internationally recognised The Call Center School, they hope to deliver their full range of Executive education and training courses, creating the largest group of certified facilitators in this field across the region.
