Ingram Micro to list all AvePoint backup solutions on its marketplace
AvePoint and Ingram Micro have formed a new global partnership, announced at Microsoft Inspire.
As part of this relationship, Ingram Micro will list AvePoint’s solutions to migrate, manage and backup data in Office 365 and Dynamics 365 in all of its Cloud Marketplaces around the world at discounted rates for managed service providers (MSPs) who qualify under Ingram Micro’s new Modern Workplace Accelerate programme.
Modern Workplace Accelerate is a global programme designed to simplify the complexity of the cloud by delivering exclusive services, promotions, and resources for partners to achieve depth and scale in their Office 365, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 related offerings.
This includes marketing services, sales tools, training, preferential pricing, cloud solutions, and support.
“With more than 55,000 resellers around the world relying on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, we are committed to ensuring our partners have the best solutions, services and enablement benefits to achieve success in their cloud business,” says Ingram Micro cloud computing senior vice president Renée Bergeron.
“We chose AvePoint as our global Modern Workplace Accelerate partner because of its worldwide footprint, its 18-year track record of innovating alongside Microsoft, and its superior commitment to partner success and the channel as a whole.”
AvePoint is the exclusive migration and backup solution provider of the Modern Workplace Accelerate programme.
It is also a preferred vendor globally for migration solutions and services, as well as Office 365 backup and Dynamics 365 backup in the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
“We’ve taken the same Office 365 migration and backup solutions leveraged by the biggest brands and 6 million cloud users across the world and designed them specifically for MSPs to manage multiple clients and tenants behind a single pane of glass,” says AvePoint co-CEO and co-founder Tianyi Jiang.
“With the help of the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, MSPs can access and deploy these easy-to-use enterprise-class SaaS solutions in seconds and start growing their Microsoft cloud business.”
This marks a success of AvePoint’s announcement at the end of last year, that it intended to capitalise on Microsoft Azure’s massive growth over 2018.
It overhauled its systems with a digital transformation that consisted of an increased reliance (and spend on) of Microsoft’s cloud technologies.
To support this goal, AvePoint released its Dynamics 365 Backup solution on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, allowing channel reseller partners and managed service providers (MSPs) in Australia and New Zealand to provide a complete cloud-to-cloud backup solution for Dynamics 365 to their customers.
Backup for Dynamics 365 is a multi-tenant solution, designed with specific features to enable channel partners and MSPs to easily bundle, package and resell with other services.
