Kinetic IT named ServiceNow Asia Pacific Rising Star
Kinetic IT has been named ServiceNow Consulting & Implementation Rising Star Partner of the Year for Asia Pacific under the vendor's refreshed 2026 partner awards programme.
The Rising Star category recognises emerging consulting and implementation partners showing rapid growth and expanding work across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The award is also linked to increasing customer impact from partner-led projects.
The recognition follows Kinetic IT's Asia Pacific Partner of the Year win at the Premier level in 2025. The company has since moved to Elite partner status within the ServiceNow partner programme.
Partner status
ServiceNow uses partner tiers to differentiate experience, delivery track record, and product accreditations. Kinetic IT said its move from Premier to Elite reflects an increased focus on the platform over the past year.
Kinetic IT runs a national ServiceNow practice covering consulting, implementation, and managed support. The practice also develops customer workflows, including internal employee processes and external customer service processes.
ServiceNow credited Kinetic IT for implementation quality and customer impact, and highlighted its agile delivery model and use of repeatable accelerators in complex enterprise environments.
Michael Park, Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, said the channel and services ecosystem remains central to the company's growth.
"Our partners are essential to how ServiceNow wins, and Kinetic IT is a great example of what makes our partner ecosystem so vibrant."
Park said partners are critical to meeting customer expectations around artificial intelligence projects and business results.
"Customers today are looking for the fastest path from AI ambition to real business results, and that doesn't happen without partners who can turn platform potential into measurable outcomes. We're proud to recognise Kinetic IT for the role it plays in helping customers move from adoption to action and realise the full value of ServiceNow's AI platform."
Regional demand
The award comes as organisations across Asia Pacific increase investment in workflow automation, governance, and platform consolidation. ServiceNow has positioned partners as a key route for customers seeking packaged delivery approaches and broader operational change programmes.
Murray Thompson, Group Executive - Advisory & Transformation at Kinetic IT, described the award as recognition of the company's approach to transformation projects.
"This award is a strong endorsement of Kinetic IT's commitment to delivering practical, insight-led transformation."
Thompson pointed to the pace of change across the region and said the company's work with ServiceNow focuses on design and implementation across customer environments.
"As organisations across Asia Pacific navigate increasing complexity and digital acceleration, we're proud to partner with ServiceNow to design and implement solutions that are not only technically robust, but grounded in real business value and long-term resilience."
Kinetic IT Principal for ServiceNow Dan Spada said the company's work centres on streamlining operations and delivering governance outcomes from deployments on the platform.
"We're incredibly proud to be recognised as ServiceNow's 2026 Consulting & Implementation Rising Star Partner of the Year for Asia Pacific. Our focus has always been simple: help customers unlock the full value of the ServiceNow AI Platform to streamline operations, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable outcomes. This recognition reflects the depth of capability across our crew and the trust our customers place in us to lead meaningful transformation."
Kinetic IT is a privately owned Australian technology services provider with a workforce of more than 1,500 people. It works across government, defence, and critical industry sectors, and said it continues to invest in talent and service delivery as it expands its platform work in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
