Mimecast launches Partner ONE MSP programme for growth

The cybersecurity firm Mimecast has introduced its Partner ONE MSP Program, intended to enhance collaboration with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

The new program is designed to offer a consistent and scalable partnership experience for MSPs. It supports them in expanding, differentiating, and developing their businesses through an organised and straightforward framework that includes clear requirements and performance-based progression paths. This is accompanied by the introduction of MSP APIs, which offer strengthened go-to-market strategies and new products and pricing structures.

Mimecast, which protects over 27 million end users among more than 42,000 customers in 100 countries, is positioning the Partner ONE MSP Program to aid partners in incorporating its solutions into their service offerings. This move aims to bolster the capabilities of MSPs, allowing them to meet customer demands more effectively.

The platform enables MSPs to utilise a range of automated processes, including API automation, third-party marketplace integration, and bulk remediation actions. Features of the updated partner experience include a simplified onboarding process, data-driven consumer insights, and a redesigned partner portal for improved user experience. MSPs will also benefit from an optimised support process, easier case routing, and access to senior technical resources.

The Partner ONE MSP Program creates new opportunities and experiences designed to support MSPs in offering Mimecast's comprehensive platform. Among the program's key benefits are growth acceleration through performance-based incentives, continuous support via the Mimecast Knowledge Hub and 24/7 technical assistance, and community integration with access to exclusive forums for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Additional elements include various training opportunities and a multi-level certification programme, along with avenues for accessing new products, bundles, and pricing models intended to deliver profitability and value to client organisations.
