NinjaOne launches new global channel partner program

Tue, 2nd Jul 2024

NinjaOne, an IT platform for endpoint management, security, and visibility, has launched a new global channel partner program named NinjaOne Now. The program aims to drive growth for partners and success for customers by equipping partners with advanced IT and security solutions. The announcement also coincides with a recent Series C funding round of USD $231.5 million, underscoring the company's commitment to customer success and innovation.

Brian McGrath, VP of Commercial and SMB Sales at SHI International, commented on the initiative, stating, "Endpoints are becoming a more important priority to our customers every day, and SHI and NinjaOne are helping customers to use their endpoints to their advantage in order to reduce risk, increase productivity, and lower costs." He added, "NinjaOne Now and the entire NinjaOne team have made it easy and rewarding to work together as we help our customers be more efficient and secure."

Significant challenges in endpoint management and security were highlighted by the Enterprise Strategy Group. According to their research, 70 percent of employees use four or more endpoints daily, yet 43 percent of executives admit they haven't had the resources to effectively manage endpoint security and technologies. These findings underline the increasing reliance on channel partners to help organisations manage and secure their endpoints at scale.

The NinjaOne Now program offers several benefits to its channel partners: it automates complex IT tasks, provides best-in-class IT and security integrations, and offers comprehensive resources, incentives, and training. This approach aims to aid partners in saving time and resources, thus allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives. Additionally, channel partners gain access to various integrations with industry-leading technologies, such as endpoint and extended detection and response (EDR/XDR) and professional services automation (PSA).

Matt Baringer, Director of Go to Market and Partnerships at Port53, shared his positive experience with NinjaOne, stating, "NinjaOne helped us drive more revenue, and most importantly, better results for our customers. Endpoints have never been more integral to business success, so helping our customers become more efficient and secure is a top priority. NinjaOne's solutions and integrations help us solve our customers' most pressing concerns. Most importantly, NinjaOne makes it easy and rewarding to do business, offering exceptional support and resources."

The newly introduced partner program also includes rewards based on new business, as well as cross-sell, upsell, and renewal opportunities. In-depth training and support, along with marketing and sales resources, are also provided to cultivate business for the company's channel partners specifically.

Joe Lohmeier, VP of Channel Sales at NinjaOne, expressed the company's dedication to its partners' success, saying, "We have a healthy obsession with customer and partner success at NinjaOne. Channel partners are trusted advisors for organisations navigating cumbersome IT and security challenges, and they're critical to NinjaOne's success. We've designed our channel partner program to be inclusive and beneficial for our partners. We're committed to making it easy to do business with NinjaOne and to building long-lasting relationships with our channel partners so we can best serve our joint customers for years to come."

The NinjaOne Now program aims to offer channel partners the tools and resources they need to address and overcome the growing challenges in the domain of IT and security management, ultimately benefiting both the partners and their customers.
