Huawei Connect 2016 ran for three days in Shanghai, China. Spread across three venues , the total floor space exceeded 18,000 square metres, with more than 20,000 participants from across the globe coming together to envision a better connected world.
Top technologies on the agenda were cloud, big data, Internet of Things and software-defined networking, while new breakthroughs and best practices were the primary focus.
Among many other influential speakers, Huawei Enterprise BG president Yan Lida spoke about enterprises in the future.
"Digitised enterprises of the future will be about the production, transmission and analysis of data," Lida says. "They'll require an open, flexible, agile and safe ICT platform to forge close partnershops and to build a win-win ecosystem."
Huawei Connect 2016 was a great success, exploring the ins and outs of digital transformation and necessary blocks that need to be put in place for a better connected world.
