Revyz launches new tool to aid Atlassian solution partners
Revyz, a marketplace partner, has introduced its latest product, the 'Revyz Assessment Manager for Atlassian Cloud', aiming to assist Atlassian Solution Partners.
This tool is crafted to improve governance and security site assessments, which are often a common practice among Solution Partners.
Vish Reddy, CEO and co-founder of Revyz, highlighted the difficulties faced by partners: "Governance and security site assessments are either a current practice or a desired service for nearly every Solution Partner we've encountered. However, extracting and analyzing data from Atlassian Cloud has been complex and time-consuming, making these assessments valuable but costly to deliver."
The product simplifies data retrieval, analysis, and reporting for solution partners by reducing manual work to just a single click. Setting up the tool requires only a few minutes, and with customer permission, partners can remotely conduct an assessment on Atlassian Cloud. The system assesses over 42 system health vectors, providing detailed reports within minutes.
Additionally, the tool allows for easy exportation of the assessment data in PDF or CSV formats, which can be integrated effortlessly into a partner consultant's existing client reports. Geoff Mether, CEO of Togetha Group, commented on the utility of the tool: "We do client environment Cloud assessments as part of our customer onboarding journey, this app enables our team to focus on the major issues."
For sustained value and effective service delivery, the Revyz Assessment Manager includes a scheduler service that automates governance and security checks, which aligns with the shift towards a Managed Services Provider (MSP) model. This model is seen by many as the next step for Atlassian Solution Partners, providing a bundled service package with a focus on recurring revenue.
Regular customer governance and security reporting form a critical component of the MSP model. The features of the Revyz Assessment Manager, such as speed, brandability, and scheduling, are tailored specifically for this requirement. Laurens Coppens, Atlassian Practice Lead at Axians Belgium, noted: "Managed services is core to our cloud services offerings and this bridges the gap between the ongoing work that our team do and giving the client regular visibility of the results."
Revyz is currently offering pre-release access to a limited number of Solution Partners, capped at 25 participants. This early release includes comprehensive training on the tool and a set of 200 scan credits, enabling immediate use of the product.
