Samsung digitises B2B partner management with Engage IQ portal

Fri, 21st Nov 2025

Samsung has partnered with Engage IQ to deploy a new B2B Connect Partner Portal for enterprise partners in New Zealand, aiming to digitise and streamline the management of deals, pricing, and engagement processes within its channel ecosystem.

Digital platform

The portal provides Samsung's commercial teams and channel partners a centralised digital hub. Users can register deals, request pricing support, track engagement, and access sales enablement materials. Engage IQ developed the platform on its localised SaaS partner management architecture.

The platform aims to address the previous reliance on manual, disconnected processes typified by spreadsheets and emails. With the launch, both companies expect strengthened relationships between Samsung and channel partners, as well as improved visibility of deal flow across the enterprise technology market in New Zealand.

User adoption

Hundreds of partners have already registered on the portal within months of its introduction, with a growing pipeline of deals now tracked through the system. The tool also features real-time dashboards for performance measurement and secure document libraries for joint marketing initiatives.

Samsung's enterprise partners benefit from 24/7 access to deal registration, training materials, and incentive programmes. Engage IQ designed the architecture to scale as Samsung seeks to bring new partner groups and product categories online.

Channel relationships

The collaboration forms part of a broader effort by Samsung to strengthen performance and agility within its partner channel. Deal management now operates in a digital network intended to help the company and its partners move faster and react to market opportunities more effectively.

"We're thrilled to be partnering with Samsung to modernise and digitise the B2B sales ecosystem. The B2B Connect Partner Portal has given Samsung unprecedented visibility into its channel performance - connecting partners, sales teams, and data in one streamlined environment. What used to be an offline process with spreadsheets and emails is now a live digital network driving growth," said Alex Leece, General Manager, Engage IQ.

Sales process transformation

The implementation follows industry trends identified by analysts. Recent forecasts highlight digitisation of the buying process as a distinguishing factor among high performing B2B sales organisations in the years to come.

The B2B Connect Portal handles end-to-end deal management, from initial registration to approval workflows and pipeline monitoring. The software is designed to allow additional partner groups and products to be added as Samsung's enterprise business expands in New Zealand and the Pacific region.

"Our enterprise partners are an extension of Samsung's business and enabling them with better tools and data is essential to how we grow together. The B2B Connect Portal gives us new visibility and agility, allowing us to move faster, engage smarter, and ultimately deliver more value to our customers across New Zealand and the Pacific," said Prentice Robb, Head of B2B, Samsung New Zealand.

Operational impact

Early activity on the portal has shown enterprise partners are registering deals more quickly, responding to pricing requests faster, and engaging more closely with Samsung's go-to-market initiatives. Both companies report that partner feedback indicates stronger alignment and collaboration as a result of the new system.

Engage IQ plans to introduce additional features for sales forecasting and deeper performance insights as use of the B2B Connect platform grows throughout Asia-Pacific markets.

"Samsung's vision for partner enablement matches our belief that B2B sales transformation starts with relationships. The portal doesn't just improve efficiency, it redefines how relationships are managed in an increasingly complex channel environment. We're excited to keep building on this foundation with Samsung, extending the model across more industries and markets," said Tim Anderson, Founder, Engage IQ.
