Sektor to distribute Ergotron health-tech

Sektor has formed an agreement with Ergotron to distribute its complete range of healthcare solutions.

Ergotron’s range of healthcare solutions is designed to help clinicians work more comfortably and efficiently so they can focus more of their energy on patient care.

“Ergotron’s comprehensive range of medical carts, computer enclosures and wall mounts brings technology safely and securely to all modern point of care environments”, says Sektor general manager Cameron Arnold.  

“Their dynamic range of products offers solutions for all facets of healthcare including hospitals, aged care, private health and even telehealth for remote and regional communities.”

This appointment extends the range of solutions that Sektor currently offers to partners who serve the healthcare sector. 

The Ergotron portfolio complements and works with solutions from Sektor’s existing vendors’ line card in this growing and highly demanding market segment.

Sektor healthcare sales manager Gavin Blakelock says he is delighted with the addition to Sektor’s healthcare range.

Ergotron selected Sektor based on their depth of experience and knowledge of the healthcare vertical, along with their strong stockholding and product management capability.  

Ergotron A/NZ country manager David Charlton explains why Sektor was the natural choice to distribute the products.

In November last year, Ergotron received two Nightingale Awards at the 2019 Healthcare Design Expo & Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

The WorkFit Elevate Sit-Stand Wall Desk received a silver award in the category of clinician support furniture, and the CareFit Enclosure Wall-Mount Computer Workstation won a gold award in the category of clinical architectural products.

The Nightingale Awards recognise innovative products that notably contribute to healing in healthcare settings. Recipients are chosen by experienced healthcare design professionals and facility managers at the industry’s premier trade show, the Healthcare Design Expo & Conference.

The silver award-winning WorkFit Elevate transforms underutilised spaces into flexible work areas for nurses and physicians. 

This height-adjustable, wall-mounted desk features a flip-down work surface to conserve valuable floor space or to create a collaborative workstation instantly.

The CareFit Enclosure, a gold award recipient, is an ergonomic wall-mounted workstation offering 20 inches of height adjustability to fit each user. When folded, it stays within 4 inches of the wall to fit tight spaces.
