Solcoro launches real-time dashboard to optimise Jira Cloud health

Fri, 31st Oct 2025

Solcoro has launched a real-time dashboard platform designed to provide Jira Cloud users with instant insights for system health and performance management.

The platform connects to existing toolchains, such as Jira Cloud, and delivers actionable summaries and benchmarking reports to help teams address risk and prioritise improvements. Solcoro's features aim to assist organisations in managing increasingly complex cloud-based systems and to provide support for Atlassian customers operating across North America, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand.

Product features

The dashboard offers a range of key features for organisations aiming to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

These include historical score tracking and benchmarking to identify system changes and areas for improvement, rapid integrations with secure OAuth2.0 authentication requiring minimal set-up, and accessible summaries that pinpoint system issues and suggest corrective actions. The platform also offers diagnostics to identify unused or redundant configurations and options to share data in multiple formats or build bespoke reports.

Solcoro's platform was developed to meet the needs of IT departments navigating the transition to cloud-based work management systems. Robert Brower, CEO of Solcoro, commented on the launch:

"With Atlassian customers moving to / thriving in cloud, IT departments need clarity and speed to manage these complex and ever-evolving systems. Solcoro gives Atlassian customers and partners an extremely quick, easy and comprehensive way to look at the system health, data health and security with a single scan"

The platform's integration capabilities allow users to connect to existing tools using OAuth2.0, without complex set-up processes or service interruption. The ability to export data as JSON or Excel files and build branded dashboards aims to support reporting requirements and stakeholder communication.

Feedback from beta testing

Before launch, Solcoro was tested by selected Atlassian customers and partners during a private Beta phase. The feedback highlighted practical uses of the tool in improving system management within the Jira ecosystem. Jean-Philippe Comeau, Chief Technology Officer at Solcoro, shared insights from this phase:

"Our team is thrilled by the early engagement we've seen within the Jira ecosystem. We're already learning so much from how organizations are using Solcoro to make better, data-driven decisions about their Atlassian environments."

The company states its primary objective is to assist Atlassian customers in managing and optimising Jira Cloud environments by leveraging the Solcoro Score system, which is based on best practices from Atlassian guidance and the company's own consulting experience.

According to Solcoro, the platform enables both customers and partners to gain a clearer prioritisation of system health issues, supporting faster and more confident decision-making.

Availability

Solcoro's real-time performance platform is available globally and supports organisations of all sizes. The company has introduced transparent pricing options tailored for the Atlassian customer base. Solcoro's platform aims to help organisations measure, benchmark, and improve the performance of work systems across diverse geographies, including North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
