FYI, this story is more than a year old

YSoft's SafeQ solution is now available as an embedded solution on Brother multifunctional devices.

SafeQ provides organisations with centralised management of their print and document capture services.

As an integrated platform, companies can add the SafeQ features they need as software suites or through individual software modules.

Customers using Brother multifunction devices can choose print management features, automated scan workflow features or a combination of the two.

The Brother Embedded Terminal joins Y Soft's family of Embedded Terminals.

Dedicated Brother sales and technical pre-sales teams are trained to design and deploy the ideal solution to support any sized company's needs.

Using the YSoft SafeQ building block architecture, organisations are assured that, as their business grows, YSoft SafeQ and Brother can support them in the most cost-efficient way.

The Brother Embedded Terminal provides users and administrators all the main features of YSoft SafeQ including secure pull-printing, cost reduction tools, productivity-enhancing workflows and comprehensive reporting for monitoring and auditing usage.

SafeQ Advanced Scan Workflows transform paper-based processes into automatic digital capture, processing and secure delivery to pre-defined locations.

Further, the scan workflows are capable of sophisticated processing using optical character recognition (OCR) including text indexing, and text redaction.

“As businesses implement digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity, print services, particularly automated scan workflows, are processes that can provide significant time savings and speed time to market,” says Y Soft Chief Sales Officer Lukáš Maòásek.

“We are closely aligned with Brother to bring these print management and document capture benefits to businesses globally.
