Alteryx has announced the appointment of Andy MacMillan as its new Chief Executive Officer.
MacMillan brings over 20 years of leadership experience within the tech industry to Alteryx. His former role was as CEO at UserTesting, and he has held significant leadership positions at major companies such as Salesforce, Oracle, Act-On Software, and Stellent.
Prashant Mehrotra, Partner at Clearlake, commented on the appointment, saying, "Andy's capabilities and past leadership success in leveraging AI to drive product innovation and developing high-performing teams at scaled enterprise software companies aligns well with our investment thesis, and we believe his leadership will help propel the Company to new heights. MacMillan has outlined his main priorities at Alteryx to include accelerating innovation in the core platform and supporting the broader development of AI capabilities. He aims to build upon the company's existing culture and a customer community that includes more than 600,000 members.
