ArrowSphere AI platform boosts partner cloud strategies

Arrow Electronics has announced enhancements to its ArrowSphere AI platform aimed at transforming channel partner cloud business strategies.

Channel partners are now equipped to utilise customised AI assistants, powered by ArrowSphere AI, to innovate the management of their business operations and customer engagement. ArrowSphere's augmented generative AI tools are anticipated to significantly alter how channel partners interact with their clientele.

"ArrowSphere's augmented generative AI tools will mark a shift in how our channel partners are able to interact with their customers," stated Eric Gourmelen, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Global ArrowSphere Cloud and AI. "Channel partners can now use customised, persona-based AI assistants that work with their own data to deliver tailored information and solutions at an unprecedented speed."

Arrow initially launched the ArrowSphere Assistant, driven by ArrowSphere AI, in March 2024.

The tool has been employed by ArrowSphere Cloud users to tackle vital areas of their cloud operations including financial operations (FinOps), security operations (SecOps), and sustainability efforts. The recent advancements in the ArrowSphere AI platform expand its capabilities, offering tangible business gains for channel partners.

ArrowSphere AI now offers hundreds of ready-to-use cases and prompts, designed to expedite customisation and enhance channel partner go-to-market strategies.

The AI assistants can be specifically adapted to support various stages of the sales process, including marketing, sales enablement, business support, and catalogue management. They make use of data from both partners and their vendors to improve end-customer support.

The new enhancements to the ArrowSphere AI capabilities, alongside customised assistant tools, are available in a limited release to ArrowSphere users.
