BeyondTrust names Frank Cesarini ANZ partner manager

Mon, 16th Feb 2026

BeyondTrust has appointed Frank Cesarini as Partner Manager for Australia and New Zealand, based in Melbourne, as the identity security vendor continues to build its regional channel business.

Cesarini replaces Paul McKersey, who left the company in the last quarter of 2025.

The role includes managing BeyondTrust's channel partner organisations across Australia and New Zealand, and working with partners on go-to-market strategies and regional sales activity.

Channel focus

Cesarini has more than 15 years of experience in technology sales and channel management, including work with system integrators, managed services providers, and distribution partners.

He has held roles with several technology vendors, including Informatica, McAfee, Cisco, and Schneider Electric, building partner relationships and executing partner strategies.

Most recently, he was Partner Sales Manager at Informatica, where he drove growth across partners ranging from global systems integrators to specialised data and AI firms.

Earlier roles include Senior Partner Manager at LogMeIn, ANZ Channel at McAfee, and Cisco Business Development Manager at Ingram Micro. He began his IT industry career at APC by Schneider Electric, spending just under a decade in roles including Partner Manager and Distribution Manager.

Roshi Balendran, BeyondTrust's Regional Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand, said the appointment supports the company's growing partner and customer base in the region.

"Frank Cesarini's extensive experience in working with partners and customers, coupled with his depth of knowledge in driving success in the Asia-Pacific region, will be a key asset to BeyondTrust in helping our partners support their customers in securing their identity stack," Balendran said.

Identity security

BeyondTrust positions itself as an identity security vendor with an emphasis on privileged access and what it calls "Paths to Privilege". It describes its approach as identity-centric, focused on managing the identity attack surface and addressing threats from external attackers and insiders.

BeyondTrust says it is trusted by 20,000 customers, including 75 of the Fortune 100, and works with a global ecosystem of partners.

Cesarini said partner engagement remains central to BeyondTrust's regional plans, and pointed to differentiation and specialisation among partners.

"BeyondTrust delivers a winning formula for the region with its strong channel structure and proven expertise in helping businesses manage their identity security. I'm looking forward to working with our partners across Australia and New Zealand who can offer clear differentiation and skills specialisation in key market segments. We see strong partner engagement as an integral part of BeyondTrust's ongoing success and look forward to driving profitable relationships with our partners and delivering an enhanced experience for our customers," Cesarini said.
