CodeBlue taps into Solutions Dynamics talent

21 Jun 2013

CodeBlue has expanded its business development team in Auckland, with the appointment of former Solution Dynamics Limited business development manager Damon Yerkovich.

The New Zealand-owned IT services company says the expansion reflects CodeBlue’s focus on business growth based on building long-term business relationships with its customers.

“We’ve experienced significant business growth, particularly over the last two years," says Ian Funnell, general manager, CodeBlue.

"Our success is built on our ability to develop a sophisticated understanding of our customers’ business, and use that to develop an effective IT strategy and implement an ongoing, constantly updated infrastructure service that meets our customers’ needs.

"Damon has the depth of business experience and IT experience required to be able to do this very effectively.

“Damon has a distinguished 20-year track record in business development and providing business consultancy services, with extensive experience at all stages of the business development and decision-making cycle.

"He brings strong customer relationship management, team management and negotiation skills to the table."

Prior to his role at Solution Dynamics, Yerkovich was a senior account manager at Fuji Xerox NZ Limited.

“Working for a New Zealand-owned company that shares my business philosophy is very important to me – and with CodeBlue, I get that," Yerkovich says.

"CodeBlue doesn’t push a ‘sales agenda’ at its customers and really understands the importance of long-term business partnerships.

"When I saw the systems and processes CodeBlue has implemented to deliver the results my clients demand, I had to get on board.

"CodeBlue has earned the best customer references in the IT services business for a reason. They really walk the talk.

“I am excited to take ‘The CodeBlue Way’ to my existing business relationships with the knowledge I can deliver unique, immediate and tangible value.

"It’s a great opportunity to be involved in the growth of CodeBlue."
