Dicker Data hunts for new NZ boss as Presnall exits
Dicker Data New Zealand is on the hunt for a new boss following the resignation of Phil Presnall.
Presnall took on the role of general manager of sales and marketing when Dicker Data acquired Express Data in 2014.
He leaves the company this week with Gavan Brunton, general manager of finance and administration taking on the role of acting New Zealand 'leader' until a replacement is found, Dicker Data says.
David Dicker, Dicker Data chief executive and chairman, thanked Presnall for his contribution to the business.
"We have an outstanding team in place in New Zealand and I am confident in their ability to continue delivering strong results during the interim period," Dicker says.
"The search for a replacement candidate who will continue to drive our momentum in the New Zealand market and deliver on our 2017 growth plans is underway."
Dicker remains optimistic for the future and says business-wise in the meantime, nothing will change.
"I can confidently reassure all of our valued reseller and vendor partners that it's business as usual through-out the transition period" he says.
