Jeremy Pell joins Elastic from Adobe Experience Cloud, where he played a key role in devising sales strategies and expanding the market presence across the ANZ region, particularly among large customers in sectors such as financial services, retail, and government.

At Elastic, Pell will focus on accelerating growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and forging strong regional partnerships to create business and customer value.

Jeremy Pell also commented on his new role, stating, "Businesses are facing a challenging time with rampant data growth and an accelerating enterprise AI market."

"By combining the precision of search and the intelligence of AI, Elastic is uniquely positioned to help customers gain more insights from their proprietary structured and unstructured data to bolster operational resilience, mitigate security risk and build generative AI applications faster."

Pell's professional background includes being the Vice President of the Enterprise Division at TubeMogul, which was later acquired by Adobe.

Additionally, he worked as a Sales Director at InMobi, where he was instrumental in driving business growth through providing advertising solutions on a global scale.
