HP New Zealand unveils winners of 2024 Partner Awards

HP New Zealand has announced the winners of its 2024 Partner Awards at the ASB Waterfront Theatre in Auckland, celebrating the achievements of its partners over the past year.

Over 300 guests attended the awards event, which recognised partners for their exceptional delivery of customer solutions powered by HP technology. Categories included Services Partner of the Year, SMB Partner of the Year, Retailer of the Year, Commercial PC Partner of the Year, and Distributor of the Year, with an additional focus on Sustainability.

Tracey Brewer, Commercial Channel Manager at HP New Zealand, remarked on the significance of the partner network: "Each year, we are continually inspired by the outstanding achievements of our New Zealand partner network, and 2024 has proven to be no exception."

She emphasised the integral role partners play in HP's success, celebrating their dedication and innovation. "Our partners are at the core of HP's success, and it's a privilege to celebrate their dedication, innovation, and drive to deliver exceptional outcomes for their customers. Their ability to adapt to challenges, embrace opportunities, and champion our Amplify Program, including Amplify Impact, is nothing short of remarkable."

Brewer also highlighted advancements in key areas: "This year, we've seen incredible advancements in areas like sustainability, market growth, and customer-centric solutions. Together, we are making significant strides in Climate Action, Digital Equity, and fostering meaningful change across the industry."

She congratulated the winners and finalists and expressed anticipation for continued collaboration: "Congratulations to all of our winners and finalists—your recognition is so well deserved. We're excited to reflect on your successes and look forward to seeing what we can achieve together in the year ahead."

An individual accolade was awarded to Kylie Frost-Macky, who was honoured as HP Legend for 2024. Her reputation for expertise, problem-solving ability, and contribution as a cornerstone to HP New Zealand was acknowledged. Her tenure spans over 20 years, marked by a "can-do attitude, patience, and warmth" that inspired colleagues and positively impacted company culture.

The HP Partner Awards acknowledge excellence within HP's ecosystem, recognising performance, customer service, growth, and innovative solution delivery. For example, Cyclone won the Acquisition Partner Award, while Northcloud secured the Commercial PC Partner Award. Other notable recognitions included Jane Allan from Cyclone as Channel Sales Person and Dicker Data as Distributor of the Year.

Datacom received the Sustainability Partner of the Year award, reflecting its contributions to HP's commitment to sustainability. Other awards were given for distribution sales, enterprise partnerships, marketing excellence, and digital manufacturing.
