Iron Mountain acquires Mimosa Systems

Mimosa Systems will retain same distributor after acquisition by Iron Mountain Incorporated.

Mimosa Systems will join Iron Mountain Digital with all Mimosa staff transitioning over to develop and execute cloud and on-premise information management strategy. The President and CEO of Mimosa Systems, T.M. Ravi, will take over the role of Chief Marketing Officer for Iron Mountain Digital. Mimosa Systems will still be distributed by Information Safe in New Zealand and Australia and the distributor said it is business as usual for partners and customers, with no immediate changes.
