Netcore Cloud expands collaboration with Google Cloud AI

Netcore Cloud has announced the expansion of its partnership with Google Cloud to enhance its product discovery, AI-powered search, merchandising, and customer engagement platforms.

This collaboration is designed to utilise Google Cloud's generative AI capabilities to offer brands the tools necessary for delivering hyper-personalised experiences, thus potentially increasing customer retention and boosting revenue growth.

By integrating Google Cloud's advanced AI infrastructure with its expertise in diverse sectors such as ecommerce, banking, finance, securities, insurance, and travel, Netcore Cloud aims to create a potent marketing combination. The partnership is projected to revolutionise brand touchpoints to enhance customer experiences significantly.

Another strategic emphasis of this collaboration is the alignment with Netcore Cloud's ambition to double its annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 2027 and broaden its reach across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

The partnership also introduces benefits such as seamless integrations with Google Cloud's gen AI capabilities, enabling improved platform usability for marketers. It leverages Google Cloud's Gemini models and Vertex AI platform to promote advanced personalisation across multiple channels and enhance data-driven strategies.

Additionally, it offers deeper data insights by connecting tools like Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Ads Data Hub, allowing for enhanced customer intent data and sentiment analysis of product catalogues. This feature aims to provide brands with a better understanding of consumer needs.

The collaboration will also improve Netcore Cloud's Co-Marketer platform, providing robust scenario planning tools for forecasting metrics such as purchase frequency, average order value (AOV), and replenishment cycles.

By leveraging these generative AI capabilities, the integration is expected to streamline customer journeys and improve conversion rates through optimised search relevance and product recommendations. Moreover, conversation agents empowered by gen AI will simplify customer interactions by guiding them to desired products efficiently.
