Symantec today announced that David Dzienciol will be taking on an expanded role to lead Symantec channels and SMB business across Asia Pacific and Japan.Dzienciol was formerly the Senior Director for Symantec Channels ANZ for the past ten years and the role has not yet been filled, though in a statement Symantec said that “we have a strong tem in place in Pacific and this also creates an opportunity for the Pacific management team to take on new responsibilities”.Dzienciol will move to Hong Kong where he will work with the in-country teams across Asia Pacific and Japan to further the channel and SMB strategy and programs.
