ServiceNow, DXC strengthen partnership with AI focus
Thu, 30th Nov 2023

ServiceNow and DXC Technology have deepened their strategic partnership with the aim to revolutionise global service and workflow management. The partnership will utilise the advanced capabilities of ServiceNow analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) through DXC Platform X, enhancing innovation and bolstering the optimisation of customer enterprise application value.

Additionally, this strengthened alliance sees DXC Technology becoming a preferred partner for ServiceNow Professional Services and ServiceNow Impact. Reinforcing its stature as a Global Elite partner, DXC will deploy Enterprise Applications Value Optimisation services, which will further its reach into Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) providing comprehensive services for customer support along their digital transition paths.

ServiceNow will be implemented as the preferred workflow partner for DXC Platform X. This intelligent automation platform anticipates, mitigates, and resolves issues before they occur by building resilient, self-healing IT estates. By integrating ServiceNow's advanced AI capabilities and analytics via the Now Platform, productivity improvements and operational efficiencies can be actualised by over 500 customers currently utilising Platform X.

XC Technology's business model is designed to help global companies run their mission-critical systems and operations while modernising IT, optimising data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private, and hybrid clouds.

Over the past 18 months, DXC's ServiceNow Strategic Business Group has made substantial strides in evolving their ServiceNow practice. Brian Miller, Global Lead for Enterprise Applications at DXC Technology stated, “We are pleased to leverage our deep industry expertise to expand our advisory services, helping more customers realise greater value from their ServiceNow investments."

Erica Volini, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships at ServiceNow commended the collaboration, saying, "DXC is a valued partner whose expertise and commitment to professional and managed services aligns with ServiceNow’s mission. Together, we will continue to execute a joint strategy to deliver AI innovations that increase efficiency and productivity for customers around the world.”

DXC Technology and ServiceNow will also make concerted alignment efforts to bolster their global reach in indispensable geographies. Currently, DXC holds more than 1,900 ServiceNow certifications and over 1,000 accreditations, continuing to commit significant resources to talent recruitment, training, and development through their dedicated ServiceNow-focused Training Academy.

In 2022, DXC Technology announced the expansion of its global partnership with ServiceNow, as it looked to accelerate enterprise service management and operational transformation, underpinned by DXC Platform X.

The new DXC ServiceNow Strategic Business Group and expanded partnership agreement was designed to position DXC as a leading enterprise service management provider, with one of the largest ServiceNow instances across the globe.
