FYI, this story is more than a year old

Aon Hewitt Australia has been selected to distribute Pivot Software solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Pivot Software, an online HR software firm, says the agreement will bring its software to the small and medium enterprise market.

“Traditionally we have sold our core products directly to large organisations, but we saw an opportunity to help smaller, less complex businesses with a new offering,” says Philippa Youngman, founder and managing director of Pivot Software.

To access and service this broader market, Aon Hewitt Australia will market the solutions under the RemLink and RemLink+ brand in both Australia and New Zealand, with the potential to extend the arrangement to other countries in which Aon operate, Youngman says.

“Modern businesses understand how getting salary review processes right is critical to the morale and productivity of their workforce, so we are excited to be partnering with a world class consulting organisation who can use our technology to make a real difference to their clients,” she says.

Rachael Finnemore, Aon Hewitt Partner and Head of Reward says, “We are excited about this opportunity to bring proven, best-of-breed remuneration review software solutions to our client base.

“Supporting many organisations through remuneration reviews has given us an insight into other tools available on the market, and Pivot's software has stood out as flexible, intuitive and easily configurable to suit an organisation's unique review requirements,” she says.

“Our new products, RemLink and RemLink+, put cloud-based remuneration review software within reach of any organisation.

Youngman says they are thrilled to be developing a long term-term partnership with Aon Hewitt.

“Having Aon Hewitt select our products as the best technology to complement their own offering is a great endorsement for our products and the market acceptance we have already achieved across both Australia and New Zealand.”
